Charter: Provide educational program and services to the parishioners of St. John's thjat enlighten them on life issues and the Church's view. Life issues address conception to natural death topics by adopting the Archdiocesan Pastoral Plan whose mission is in the following areas: education, pastoral care and outreach, public information and public policy formulation and awareness.

Stephen Minitry: One-on-one emotional and prayer support by a trained lay person who are also trained as extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion.
